€30,000 base salary + €15,000 OTE uncapped commission
Remote within Spain (after onboarding in Madrid)
3 weeks onboarding in Madrid (accommodation provided)
German (C2) + English (B2) required
About the roleWe are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10,000+ e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.This is a full outbound, full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
Conduct discovery and product demo calls
Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience (closing experience required)
Experience in outbound or high-volume sales environments
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
Native / C2 German (mandatory)
B2 English minimum
EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain
Currently living in Spain (no relocation support)
Full-time availability
Compensation
€30,000 base salary
€15,000 OTE uncapped commission
Permanent contract
