Sr. Software Engineer – ServiceNowExperience:Minimum 5 yrs. of total and relevant experience as ServiceNow DeveloperWorked in ITSM organizational structureExperience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDBPrerequisite:ServiceNow Development experienceITIL knowledgeServiceNow System Admin CertificationServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperWritten and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Work on development projects/enhancements for ServiceNowHandle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow. Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs and notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JSCreate and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.Proactively keep ServiceNow skills currentPeer review, Mentor and share technical knowledge with service management team.You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experienceShift :Evening shift - 5pm - 2am ISTOriginally posted on Himalayas
