Short Description:Bilingual SAP S/4 Project ManagerLocation: TokyoRoles and Responsibilities:
Overall Project Management covering project planning, preparation, WBS creation, progress monitoring, Participate in Reviews, risk management and reporting.
Work with functional consultants and technical consultants at onsite/offshore and manage the execution of planned tasks.
Coordinate with client and other stakeholders for dependent tasks & follow up for completion.
Skills /Competencies:Essential:
Minimum 10+ Years of Experience including experience as a project manager in end-to-end implementation of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA for manufacturing / CPG customers / retail industry.
Bilingual, strong communication capabilities in Japanese / English
Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
Possess strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Preferred:SAP AFS, FMS experience /knowledgeAdditional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in cross cultural teams and different geographical time zones.
